This book is foundational and satisfying. It’s informative of the times we are living in today and helps navigate the world as we know it to a T. The first book of many, I break down the science of life, spiritually, physically and mentally and I give pointers on what to do in wrong situations and circumstances to turn them right side up and make it all new and positively successful. Life-success is a goal we all want to achieve and to do so, barriers that have been incarcerating us mentally and physically have to be broken and rethought to help our journeys as humans and not harm us.
